Our accommodation is located two blocks(400m) from the University on University Road in Auckland Park. The leafy and tranquil suburb of Auckland Park provides a wonderful atmosphere for the aspirant student who knows where they are going. The accommodation offerings range from apartment style living to commune style offerings, catering for all kinds of preferences.
We offer a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, modern kitchens and stylish bathrooms, comfortable 3/4 beds with headboards, large wardrobes, dedicated mini collab study area and patio. The property itself is finished with high quality luxury finishes to make your student journey effortless,
We offer two main types of accommodation:
1. Main House - A 10 room luxury commune style house with 3 bathrooms, large kitchen and large dining/study area. Great space for social students.
2. 4 bedroom Apartments - An apartment with four bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. Less people in your space, perfect for privacy.
Our accommodation is a friendly, welcoming place where students have a luxury stay in a safe environment that promotes studying and fosters good students.
The accommodation is split between two main types, a 10-bed luxury commune type space and several four bedroom apartments. Bathrooms are shared by no more than 4 students, with main house having some bathrooms shared by 3 students. Each unit comes with all the appliances you will need, Large fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave, gas hob. We have laundry facilities on site and a patio and separate study room for group sessions.
Our accommodation is located in the leafy upmarket suburb of Auckland Park. It is a safe queit neighbourhood and we are situated on University Road 400m from the entrance of the University. Auckland Park is a stones throw from Melville but is much safer than Westdene and Brixton.
To maintain a safe, pleasant, welcoming and luxury stay, the following are the main rules which must be adhered to to keep everyone safe and comfortable:
1. No Sleepovers(none at all)
2. No Alcohol on premises or returning to res drunk
3. No private appliances such as heaters and heavy element items to be brought on site.
4. Restrictions on total number of visitors on site at the same time to keep the res friendly and safe.
5. Curfew of 10pm for safety reasons.
6. Dishes to be washed 30 mins after eating.
Our accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable productive stay, including fully equipped kitchens, outside patio area, laundry facilities and a common study room, three quarter beds in bedrooms and large wardrobes. Outside shaded chill area, netball.basketball hoop.
